- After preliminary discussion of your requirements, sign ship broker retainer agreement
- Work starts for sourcing ships and negotiating contract terms. DSL will generate a set of
formal TC or cargo order details, which you will confirm. This allows both our companies to
move quickly with proper clarity. - Once Charterparty documents are signed and the first commissions are received, DSL will
issue credit for the fee paid
