are a growth oriented, entrepreneurial company. Our company presents a very unique flow of
business opportunities, within the International trade services industry. We are well aware of the
needs of investing community. Interested parties can participate as equity partners, bridge funders or
other.
A “SPECIAL PROJECT” is any project that does not fit into the scope of our existing services.
Examples of Special Project includes but not limited to
Projects will be administered by Deep Sea Logistics Inc. for ensuring safety of the principal and
appropriate allocation of tasks.
QUALIFIED institutional Investors request Investor Guide. Deep Sea Logistics receives a constant flow
of projects for investment. We are extremely selective in participating in projects. Most projects offer
to generate cash flow from day one and some may require a lead period to setup the infrastructure to
generate revenues. Investors need to be proactive in responding to the project opportunities as they
usually come with TIME LIMITATIONS for performance. ROI varies from an average of 10% and higher.
Participate by providing investment funds up to $25million per project.
Time is of essence for committing to a project. These are complex projects and usually involve several
companies in different countries and come with a window of opportunity. Process is controlled and
managed by Deep Sea Logistics to ensure orderly conduct by all companies and to essentially
eliminate miscommunication and guess work.

- Turnkey management of lifting 600,000metric tons of cargo
- Assisting in fund raising for a client company for the purpose of client's own project
- Developing methodology or frame work to perform services on behalf of clients
- Merging and / or acquiring a suitable target company in part or in full, for achieving
strategic or other objectives
- Entering into Joint Venture structure with a company or a group of companies for the
purpose of achieving common goals
